Dear Parents and Guardians,

River Road ISD's Online Payment system for the food service department is the Family Hub by SchoolCafe.

For your convenience, you can download the app or go to https://family.schoolcafe.com/riverroad.

1. Click “Create An Account” and then choose “I’m a parent”.
2. Enter your student’s River Road 5-digit ID number.
3. Select your student’s campus and type in your student’s last name.You will see your student and their account balance. You can then set a low balance alert (optional).
4. Click “Add this student”.
5. From this page you can “Apply for Benefits” and “Make Payments”
6. Click the “Details” dropdown box under your student’s name and you will be able to:

• Add Funds to Account
• Transfer, Donate or Request Unused Funds
• View Purchase History
• Set Purchase Restrictions (optional)
• Set up Auto-Payments (optional)
• Set up Low Balance Alerts (optional)
