MPORTANT: If you are a returning transfer student or a potential new transfer to River Road ISD. You MUST complete a transfer application AND BE APPROVED as a transfer student BEFORE completing registration.

IMPORTANT – Do not use this if your child attended River Road ISD last year or if you are enrolling your child in Pre-k. This is only for students who are BRAND NEW to the district in grades K-12. Please use Skyward Family Access to enroll returning students. You may access Skyward Family Access by clicking the RETURNING Student Enrollment link. Please use the Headstart enrollment link for Pre-K.

Choose this link if you are enrolling a returning K-12 or 1st grade student who attended school at River Road ISD last year. If you do not remember your password to Skyward Family Access, click the “Forgot Password” link. If you are still having issues logging in, please contact your child’s campus.

For Use by Person Seeking To Enroll Without Utility Bills Due To Utilities Being Paid Through An All-Inclusive Lease or Homeowners' Association

If you are renting month to month and do not have a utility bill for proof of residency, your landlord will need to fill out this form and have it notoried. Once completed, you will need to submit the signed, notorized form as your proof of residency.
