Students who are experiencing issues with their Chromebooks (or other district-issued devices for student use), may now submit a ticket online to our Technology Department.
This can be done from the device you are having trouble with, or if that is NOT possible, you can fill out the form using another device (another computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.). Also, the form is available 24/7 so you can fill it out at any time. After submitting a request, watch your email inbox for further details from the Technology Department on how to proceed.
