UIL Physicals Requirements for 2021-2022

Parents/Guardians of River Road Student Athletes & Marching Band Members,

For the upcoming 2021-2022 School Year, the UIL is requiring ALL incoming 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th.

EVERY student athlete, EXCLUDING incoming 8th grade student athletes will need to get a PPE prior to the 2021-2022 school year.

We will be hosting Physical Days for High School and Middle School Athletes & Marching Band Members:

                                                           High School: April 13th

                                                                                 Athletes: $25

                                                                                 Band: $20

Middle School: May 18^th

                            Incoming 7th - Athletes $20

                            Incoming 9th - Athletes $25

                                                      Band $20

If these dates do not work for you, or you would rather use a private provider; it is acceptable.  Please just print off the Approved PPE sheet from the UIL website or click on the link below.

The above is the medical provider we use at RRISD to perform our yearly physicals.  It is the recommended source due to availability and for the HIGH SCHOOL student athletes to receive SWAY medical concussion baseline testing.
