The River Road ISD website offers a valuable way to reach potential customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Businesses can advertise with us for a period of 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. We would like to encourage all local businesses to use this opportunity to advertise on our website.

Guidelines and Pricing

• All advertisements will run for a period of 6 months or 1 year —Internal department pages ( such as athletics, technology, etc ) will be a charge of $150 for 6 months, $200 for 1 year. Advertising on the front of the district page or the front page of the individual school sites will be a charge of $300 for 6 months, $500 for 1 year. Businesses have the option to swap out their advertisement with a new image every 6 months with the 1 year contract. If the advertisement was designed by River Road ISD, you may either send us a new design or we can create one for you for an additional fee.
• All advertisements must come web-ready—in an image format ( either a bitmap, jpeg, or gif image ). The information should be e-mailed to webmaster@rrisd.net . If you do not have the ability to create your own advertisement, we can design one for you for an additional cost of  $100.00.
• Advertisements will be updated July1^st and January 1^st. You cost will be pro-rated accordingly.
• The business will be added to the website within 5 business days from the date payment is verified and the advertisement received. Payment must be in cash, check, or money order.. Payment should be made to River Road ISD.
• No advertisements will be allowed concerning politics, religion, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons or gangs. Additionally, no advertising will be allowed that is sexually obscene or otherwise inflammatory.
• Advertisements consist of a picture only posted on the chosen page within the web site.
• River Road ISD will not link to an external web site in which content is out of our control.
• River Road ISD reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisements from any company or organization. The River Road ISD Superintendent, School Board,  and Technology Department will be the final decision makers on all advertisements posted on the River Road ISD website.
• River Road ISD does not support, represent, or endorse the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any of the products or services advertised on the website

Please download and print this Ad request form, sign the completed form and either hand deliver it to River Road Technology Department, fax in a signed copy to 806.381.1357 OR mail this form along with the appropriate check amount to the address given on the application.
